Recommended initial dilution: 1:80. If demolding performs well, increase the ratio (typically up to 1:100).
Do not use aerators or stirrers to agitate the release agent—this causes demulsification (precipitation of active ingredients), impairing demolding performance and clogging nozzles.
Dilute with purified water whenever possible. Limit tap water or groundwater, as their high calcium/magnesium ion content accelerates carbon buildup.
Use opened product promptly to avoid odor from bacterial growth. For extended use, always dispense with clean containers to prevent contamination and spoilage.
Store in a cool, shaded area at 5°C–40°C.
Lightly swirl the container before use. Clean stirring rods beforehand to avoid cross-contamination.
Regularly check nozzle status to prevent blockages and operational issues.
Add the neat release agent to water (not vice versa)—reverse emulsification disrupts the dilution ratio.
