L.K. Group’s Interim Results Show Steady Growth, Die-Casting Business Leads with Accelerated Overseas High-End Deliveries

L.K. Group released its 2025-2026 interim report (for the six months ended September 30, 2025), reporting operating revenue of HK3.26billion(up25.7168 million (up 1.1% YoY). By business segment, the core die-casting machine business contributed HK2.26billion(69.4920 million (up 4.4% YoY); and CNC machining center revenue was HK$77.1 million (2.4% of total, down 14.7% YoY). The die-casting machine business’s strong growth stems from synergies in new energy vehicle die-casting and magnesium alloy die-casting, with the latter’s technological first-mover advantage and scenario breakthroughs standing out—sales of the company’s magnesium alloy series equipment jumped over 400% YoY in 2025. During the period, L.K. deepened cooperation with European OEMs and parts suppliers, validating overseas delivery capabilities: a custom 7,000T ultra-large intelligent die-casting unit was shipped to an Eastern European plant for producing NEV battery boxes and body structures (serving multiple global mainstream brands); a 9,000T ultra-large die-casting machine was delivered to a European luxury automaker; and medium/large die-casting equipment has been put into operation at a well-known parts supplier’s North American plant.
 

GF Casting Solutions’ Augusta Plant Achieves Trial Production Success, Ultra-Large Die-Casting Capability Launches Ahead of Schedule

On November 11, 2025 (local time), GF Casting Solutions’ die-casting plant in Augusta, USA, successfully completed its first trial production, with the plant’s 6,100-ton ultra-large die-casting island producing the first batch of sample parts—marking a key step toward formal operation. Construction of the plant started in May 2024; after over a year of complex and rigorous work, the first 6,100-ton ultra-large die-casting machine achieved its first trial mold, die-casting production, and melting cycle on November 11, 2025. Previously, GF Casting Solutions expected to gain 6,100-ton clamping force ultra-large casting capability only in 2026, but actual progress is ahead of schedule. It is reported that the Augusta plant plans to deploy multiple 6,100-ton ultra-large die-casting machines and some smaller large-tonnage die-casting equipment.
 

Yizumi’s LEAP10000 Ultra-Large Die-Casting Machine Delivered, China’s 10,000-Ton Class Die-Casting Enters Scaled Application

On November 27, Yizumi’s LEAP10000 ultra-large die-casting machine was successfully delivered to Qinhuangdao Xinyue Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Qinhuangdao Xinyue”). This not only marks Yizumi’s official entry into the global 10,000-ton class die-casting machine阵营 but also signifies that China’s ultra-large die-casting technology has transitioned from exploration to a new era of scaled industrial application. Qinhuangdao Xinyue will use the equipment to produce key structural parts for large pure electric vehicles (including integrated die-casting products like front cabins, battery trays, and rear floors) for its end customers, with a maximum pouring weight of 150 kg. Subsequent successful mass production of these products will directly boost downstream automakers’ lightweighting and manufacturing efficiency.
 

Baowu Magnesium’s Semi-Solid Magnesium Alloy Forming Technology Enters Mass Production, Highlighting Cost Reduction and Efficiency Gains

A recent investor research memo from Baowu Magnesium disclosed that the company has started using semi-solid magnesium alloy forming equipment to produce automotive parts and achieved batch supply. The semi-solid injection molding technology offers significant advantages: material utilization rate reaches 70%-85% (greatly higher than traditional processes); energy consumption is significantly reduced due to no furnace melting, direct solid feeding, and low forming temperature; and production cycles can be shortened by 20%-30%. Currently, Baowu Magnesium has built 300-ton, 1,300-ton, 1,500-ton, and 3,500-ton semi-solid casting lines in Nanjing Precision and Chongqing Boao, mainly producing automotive instrument panel brackets, steering brackets, luggage compartment brackets, and drone fuselages. Additionally, the company will provide “material + component” integrated service solutions for robot manufacturers.
 

Meilisin Technology Partners with Juliang Innovation Green Energy to Jointly Explore Server Liquid Cooling Key Components Market

On November 22, Meilisin Technology announced a cooperation agreement with Juliang Innovation Green Energy Co., Ltd., under which both parties plan to jointly establish a joint venture to explore the server liquid cooling key components market, providing efficient water cooling plate design and related liquid cooling server kit development and mass production services for high-quality domestic and foreign customers.
